Sana'a Shaik is an actor and writer. She has studied the Meissner technique and worked closely with various renowned Sydney based acting coaches, discovering a love for genre roles and sinking her teeth into meaty dramas as well.
Since graduating university, Sana’a has worked on STANS Jack Irish, Channel 7's Fam Time and Australian Produced US TV thriller Reckoning opposite Sam Trammel.
Sana’a played the lead role of Xanthe in the newly released sci-fi climate change feature film 2067. She was the lead role of US feature film Nomad, with the film currently in final stages of post production.
She was also a lead role in TV series Dive Club. The series has been released on Netflix worldwide. Dive Club was also nominated for an AACTA Award for Best Children’s Series in 2021.
Sana'a has been on comedy all female projects, such as feature film It Only Takes A Night, and recently Amazon Prime's original Australian Series Class of '07.
Sana’a recently wrapped filming on ABC's Anthology series, Summer love, opposite Nazeem Hussain.
She has a feature film script currently in development.
